Padang, West Sumatera Office – Indonesia Delegation is looking for candidates
for the posts of:

Human Resources Assistant - Padang (1 position)
(National
Staff Position)

To assist HR Officer
and HR unit to administer the unit in order to deliver efficient and
comprehensive services and fair application of administrative procedures and
provide accurate and timely administrative support


Duties
applicable to all staff:

· Actively work towards the achievement of the
Secretariat’s goals.
· Abide by and work in accordance with the Red Cross/Red
Crescent principles.
· Perform any other work related duties and
responsibilities that may be assigned by the line manager.
· Respect and observe the Code of Conduct and staff
regulations.

Specific duties, responsibilities and accountabilities:
· Assist HR Officer with receiving, registering
and sending acknowledged letters for all open positions. File and update all
CV’s received, simultaneously and assist in the selection of candidates by
preparing a file of preselected candidates matching the set criteria.
· Assist in organizing interview panels (inform
and select panelist of the schedule, prepare relevant documents for the
interviewers).
· Assist in organizing briefing/debriefing
schedules for staff deployed by the Federation as required, coordinate with
relevant personnel.
· Assist in updating the Staff’s Leave data and
Time Sheets
· Assist in keeping the individual personnel
records
· Organize filing and archiving systems
· Administer and follow up the health insurance
for local staff including distributing the insurance card as required
· Assist in distributing Payroll Slips,
addendum, Jamsostek Cards
· Assist in preparing documents for VISA /
Police Report and following up on the process when needed.
· Perform any other work related duties and
responsibilities as may be assigned by the HR Officer and HoO.

Qualification
& Experience:

· A relevant
qualification in administration or equivalent
· HR
qualification
· Secretarial
Knowledge essential
· Experience in
Humanitarian organization
· 2 yrs
relevant experience in an administrative/HR role.
· Basic MS-Windows software applications. Practical knowledge
of computers (Windows, spreadsheets, database, lotus, word processing, e-mail)
· Office
organizational and secretarial skills
· Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
· Ability to
maintain High Level of Confidentiality.
· Ability to work within context of governmental regulations and
bureaucracy
· Ability to negotiate with service providers i.e. medical insurance
coverage, consultants
· Able to work long hours, and overtime, to accomplish complex tasks.Graduated
from reputable university.
