Vacancy: HR Coordinator, Lembaga FH

Report to: Country Director
Location : Medan, North Sumatera

Summary:
This person will help to create and maintain order in the Lembaga Fajar Harapan by providing HR administrative function to all personnel. He/She will develop appropriate HR administrative systems and procedures to ensure quality programs. This person will work closely with the Country Director and promote a peaceful and organized working environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Arrange advertisement for new hire candidates for job openings
2. Maintain records and personnel files including attendance records, leave records, health management records, warning letters and performance matters
3. Establish and maintain an employee database with details of all training and human resource development activities, including seminars and workshops attended
4. Other assigned tasks related to HR as required later

Qualification:
1. Experience in Humanitarian Organization
2. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
3. Ability to maintain High Level of Confidentiality
4. Ability to work within context of governmental regulations and bureaucracy
5. 2 (two) years relevant experience in HR role.
